Because collectible pins are limited and condition-sensitive, all sales are final. Exceptions apply when an incorrect item is sent, an order arrives damaged, or an item is materially different from its listing.
Please contact mymagicalcasita@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping package. When a replacement is available, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue an appropriate refund after reviewing the claim.
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
